When it comes to dealing with new developments from the very outset you need to see the process as a positive rather than a negative and you also need to make sure that your staff are with you for the journey.
Everyone likes routine and habit and most of us tend to view anything that disturbs the status quo as a threat or a problem. That kind of attitude within the workplace is completely understandable but needs to be avoided or challenged wherever possible.
That is why it is vital to create a dynamic culture within a business. You can achieve this by attracting the right kind of staff and by creating the kind of atmosphere where people are always ready and willing t

有点意识流的道德伦理剧集，不太像科幻，至少没有"科"。剧集中讨论的主要问题是人何以为人，仿生人和人的差别，编剧假设是人类有移情能力，这简直太乌托邦了，别说对动物，人类互相屠杀的时候还少吗？所以是灵魂？是意识？是感情？那还得等我们真正弄清人的意识是怎么产生的才能讨论。 剧集里面的默瑟，我觉得像佛洛依德说的潜意识，并没有什么人可以告诉你真相，所谓的显神都是被自己隐藏的潜意识。 当我们能创造出仿生人类的时候，某种程度上我们也是造物主了吧，于是就出现剧集中经常出现的问题，你怎么知道自己不是仿生人？仿生人曾质疑男主，“或许你才是仿生人，带着被植入的假记忆”我们又怎么知道自己不是“上帝”创造的某个程序或者机械？巴洛克时期的哲学家就有机械论的说法。。。而我们认知的宇宙是有天花板的吧，就像苏格拉底同时期的诡辩学家说的，我们永远也不可能解开宇宙之谜。就比如我们的宇宙在一个盒子里，我们认知的所有东西也只能在这个盒子里。最近也看到，时空也仅仅是我们感知的方式，并不是绝对存在。。。 可是想这么多又有什么用呢，还是乖乖搬砖吧
