整个3月就读了这一本，有点磨磨唧唧的。书是一本好剧，特别适合那种对内求自我否定比较多的人，引导关注当下，关注呼吸，意识到情绪，做正念冥想。 每个集数都不长，而且翻译的文字也很顺畅。从行，卧，坐都可以进行正念练习，小道手势大到如何自我疏导面对生活种种，读起来都不会觉得很有压力。 不过正念对我挺难的，1个深长的呼吸数到5都不行，还经常会走神，嗯哼，谁来跟我分享一二？ 约莫是2020年第5本

可以啊，这分明是在以拍慢综艺的方法拍电视剧啊，互相学习，互相借鉴，有点意思，同时也是一部不折不扣的大理旅游宣传片。
